The Cosentino Development Center (CDC) Online
is your “one-stop shop” for many learning and employee development needs. Training specifically designed for your job and other generalized training is available through this site.
How to Log In
- Click the My Learning Activities tab on the menu bar.
- Enter your Username and Password to log-in. Your Username is your Employee ID found in your Kronos portal. My Account > My Profile > Personal Information
Your HR Assistant Store Manager or your Office Manager also have access to your Employee ID number if you require additional assistance. - Your Password is identical to your Employee ID. Please utilize the same number for both your Username and Password when logging into the Cosentino's Online portal for training.
Note: Not all Cosentino’s associates will receive the same training. Your needs have been identified through either your position, management status, or roles that you perform in the store. The actual assignment has been coordinated by the Cosentino’s Human Resources department. The training classes visible to you are limited to the classes already assigned to you.
